Service Refund Policy

At Edgelowa LLC, we strive to provide high-quality AI automation and consulting services. Because our services involve manual labor, custom strategy, and digital intellectual property, we adhere to the following refund policy:

1. Consulting & Strategy Sessions

  • Full Refund: Clients are eligible for a full refund if the cancellation request is received at least 24 hours before the scheduled strategy session or kickoff call.

  • No Refunds: Once the strategy session or kickoff call has commenced, the service is considered partially rendered, and no refunds will be issued.

2. Custom AI Implementation & Development

  • For bespoke projects, payments are typically made in milestones.

  • Once work has begun on a specific milestone (e.g., scoping, architecture design, or coding), the payment for that specific milestone is non-refundable.

  • Remaining project balances for milestones not yet started may be eligible for a refund, subject to a 15% administrative fee.

3. Digital Products & Downloads

Due to the nature of digital assets (templates, scripts, or PDF guides), all sales of downloadable products are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or sent.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a cancellation or refund, please email us at contact@edgelowa.com with:

  • Your full name.

  • The service purchased.

  • The reason for the request.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
