REFUND POLICY Service-Based Refund Policy

At Edgelowa LLC, we specialize in digital consulting and AI automation
services. Due to the nature of our work, which involves time and
intellectual property, we have a strict refund policy:

1.  Consulting Calls & Strategy Sessions: All sales for 1-on-1 strategy
    sessions or consulting calls are final. No refunds will be issued
    once the session has been booked and confirmed. If you need to
    reschedule, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance via
    contact@edgelowa.com.

2.  Custom Automation Implementation: For custom workflow builds
    (n8n/Make.com), refunds are not available once the development work
    has commenced. We work closely with clients during the scope phase
    to ensure clarity. If we are unable to complete the project due to
    technical limitations on our end, a full refund will be issued.

3.  Digital Downloads: Any downloadable templates or JSON files are
    non-refundable, as they are digital assets that cannot be returned.
