1. Post-Payment Confirmation
Immediately after your purchase or deposit is confirmed, you will receive an automated receipt and a welcome email. This email serves as your official proof of transaction.
2. The Kickoff Call (24–48 Hours)
Within 24 to 48 hours of your payment, our team will reach out to schedule a Project Kickoff Call.
Purpose: To define project goals, gather technical requirements, and establish communication channels.
Scheduling: You will receive a link to our executive calendar to pick a time that suits your schedule.
3. Collaborative Delivery Channels
To ensure full transparency during the implementation phase, we provide delivery through two primary channels:
Shared Client Dashboard: For long-term projects, we set up a dedicated workspace (e.g., Notion, Trello, or Slack) where you can track progress in real-time.
Email Delivery: All final reports, API documentation, and digital assets are delivered directly to your registered business email.
4. Implementation Timeline
Standard Automations: Typically delivered and integrated within 7–14 business days post-kickoff.
Custom Consulting: Timelines are milestone-based and outlined in your specific Service Agreement.
